As a leader, I must continually focus on improvement and professional growth for myself as well as for instructors in my division for the betterment of the Career and Technical Education Department.  Some of the artifacts in this section reflect how leaders can build teams and systems to continually improve the use of technology in the classroom to support student learning.  As a leader, I must stay current with research that will support student engagement and student learning outcomes. Symbaloo

​As a leader, I use Symbaloo to save my resources on one page which makes it easy to share with others in my department.

​​Symbaloo is a homepage and bookmark manager that allows the user to search, save, organize, and share digital resources. The cloud-based site allows the user to personalize the virtual desktop by organizing and categorizing web links for convenience.

prezi + techsmith capture

​Prezi can be used to create lessons that will help to keep students engaged in the lesson. Prezi can also be used to create videos and presentations where the instructor can present material live or recorded to share later.
